If you wish to cancel your donation, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make every effort to cancel your donation before it is processed. However, once your donation has been processed, we will be unable to cancel it.

Refund Policy:

If you have made a donation in error or wish to request a refund for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review your request and make every effort to process your refund within 10 business days.

In the event that you have made multiple donations in error, please contact us immediately to request a refund for the additional donations.

Please note that in some cases, we may be unable to issue a refund. For example, if your donation has already been allocated to a specific project or program, we may be unable to retrieve the funds. Additionally, we may be unable to issue a refund if your donation was made through a third-party platform or service.
